Melikgazi Municipality is organizing a major tender as part of the Kazım Karabekir Neighbourhood Phase 2 Urban Transformation Project. The tender includes the construction of five blocks with 253 apartments and 22 shops, 2 blocks with 56 apartments and 7 shops, and one block with 32 apartments and 5 shops.

The tenders to be held on a floor-for-floor basis will start on Wednesday, September 18, at 2:00 PM and will take place at the Melikgazi Municipality.

Melikgazi Mayor, Associate Professor Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu, who has given Melikgazi a completely new image and raised the living standards in the district through urban transformation projects, said, "Our passion for service and our art of working allow us to witness a different Melikgazi every day. We are replacing outdated, non-functional, and uncomfortable apartments with new and modern housing. With these projects, we aim to provide living spaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally superior. The urban transformation projects we are carrying out in every corner of Melikgazi not only involve the renovation of buildings but also include important elements such as increasing social facilities, expanding green spaces, and strengthening transportation infrastructure. Our goal is to make Melikgazi not just a residential area but also a living space where people can live happily and peacefully. In this regard, we shape our projects by considering the needs of our citizens. Currently, our urban transformation efforts are ongoing in six different areas of the district. We are organizing a major tender in the Kazım Karabekir Neighbourhood, which includes five blocks with 253 apartments and 22 shops, 2 blocks with 56 apartments and 7 shops, and one block with 32 apartments and 5 shops. The tender for the five blocks with 253 apartments and 22 shops will be held at 2:00 PM, the tender for the one block with 32 apartments and 5 shops will be held at 2:30 PM, and the tender for the two blocks with 56 apartments and 7 shops will take place at 3:00 PM. “We invite all our contracting firms to participate in our tender.
