It was put out to tender by sealed bidding method in Kayseri province, Melikgazi district, "Kazım Karabekir District" in accordance with Article 35/a (Article 36) of the State Tender Law No. 2886.

Province: Kayseri, District: Melikgazi,
1- It will be held in Seyitgazi neighborhood, Nuh Naci Yazgan Street, Melikgazi Municipality Council Hall.
3- Bidders must submit an offer letter in accordance with the Specifications to Participate in the Tender;
A- Having a legal residence,
B- Address declaration for notification in Turkey and/or telephone for contact, fax number and e-mail address, if any,
C- Certificate from the Chamber of Commerce and/or Industry or Professional Chamber in which it is registered in accordance with the legislation;
a) In case of a real person, a document showing that he/she is registered with the Chamber of Commerce and/or Industry or the Chamber of Professionals, obtained within the year when the first announcement regarding the tender was made,
b) In case of a legal entity, a document showing that the legal entity is registered in the registry, obtained from the Chamber of Commerce and/or Industry in which the legal entity is registered in accordance with the legislation, within the year when the first announcement regarding the tender was made,
c) In case of a joint venture, the document to be obtained by each of the real or legal persons forming the joint venture in accordance with the principles in (a) and (b),
D- Notarized Signature Declaration / Signature Circular showing that the person is authorized to bid;
a) In case of a real person, notarized signature declaration,
b) In case of a legal entity, the Trade Registry Gazette showing the latest status indicating the partners, members or founders of the legal entity and the officers in the management of the legal entity, depending on their relevance, or the documents certifying these issues and the notarized signature circular of the legal entity,
c) In case of a joint venture, the document to be obtained by each of the real persons or legal entities forming the joint venture in accordance with the principles in paragraphs (a) or (b),
E- In case of participating in the tender by proxy, the notarized power of attorney of the person participating on behalf of the bidder and the notarized signature declaration / signature circular,
F- If the bidders have a joint venture, they must submit a notarized Joint Venture Declaration and a signed partnership agreement.
G- Acknowledgment that the tender specifications and annexes of this work have been purchased,
Work experience documents;
K- The work or work subject to the tender, which the bidder has carried out at least 80% of the estimated cost, or supervised or managed at least 80% of the estimated price, within the last 15 (fifteen) years, in the country or abroad, in the public or private sector, and which is considered perfect by the administration. Work experience certificate for a single contract showing relevant experience in similar jobs and not less than 20% of the estimated price of the job
L- It is mandatory to submit the original copy of the Work Experience Certificate obtained within the scope of the State Procurement Law No. 2886 or the Public Procurement Law No. 4734 for class III B building construction works within the last fifteen years, which is valid as of the tender date and is not less than 20% of the estimated price, to the Administration. .
M- Engineering or architecture departments that are considered equivalent to similar work; Civil Engineering is Architecture.
It is possible that the experience gained by engineers and architects with their graduation certificates can also be used by legal entities in which engineers or architects have at least 51% shares for at least five years, or in which both partners are engineers and have a 50%-50% partnership.
N- If the document submitted by the legal entity to show work experience belongs to the partner who owns more than half of the shares of the legal entity, after the first announcement date by the trade registry offices within the chamber of commerce and industry/chamber of commerce or by a certified public accountant or independent accountant. A document issued and showing that this condition has been maintained uninterruptedly for the last year since the date it was issued.
T- Subcontractors may be employed for the work subject to tender with the approval of the administration. However, the entire work cannot be outsourced to subcontractors.
P- Technical personnel commitment letter requested by the Administration will be given.

The Contractor shall, starting from the date on which he is notified that the technical personnel notified to the Administration have been approved, the numbers and titles of which are specified below. Technical personnel must be present at the workplace according to the work schedule.

The Contractor is the technical director whose quantity and professional title are specified above. If the staff is not kept at work according to the work schedule;

penalty applies.
3- Tender Specifications, Contract and annexes at Melikgazi Municipality Urban Transformation Directorate can be seen. 1,000 TL (BINTL) can be obtained from the same address in return for a receipt by paying the file fee. Those who will bid for the tender are required to purchase the tender document.

4- For applications made by mail, the offer must be submitted in accordance with the State Tender Law No. 2886. It is required that the proposal be prepared in accordance with Article 37 of the Tender Commission and reach the Tender Commission before the tender time. The administration and the tender commission are not responsible for postal delays.

5- Copy documents required to participate in the tender must be Notarized .

6- Share schedule along with the offer letter along with the requested documents To the Melikgazi Municipality Urban Transformation Directorate at the latest until the tender day. must be given.

7- This tender announcement is general information. In the case of construction in exchange for flats, the provisions of the Tender Specifications will apply.
