    She was born in Sarıoğlan's district of Kayseri province Muratbeyli Village in 1972. After completing her primary, secondary and high school education in Kayseri, she was appointed to the officer staff in Melikgazi Municipality in 1991, while she was in the line of duty, she graduated from Anadolu University Faculty of Business Administration. After working as Chief of Human Resources and Training in January 2018, she started to work as Human Resources and Training Manager in November 2018 and she is currently working in this position . She is married with two children.
