Mr.Arif BAKIRTAŞ was born in Kayseri in 1963. He graduated from Anadolu University, Department of Business Administration in 1998.He worked in Melikgazi Municipality's Directorate of Registrar and Decisions as the Registrar and Decisions Manager in 1989.He has been working as the Police Manager in 2013. He is still working as the Registrar and Decisions Manager since August 2019.
Mr.Arif BAKIRTAŞ is married with two children.
