He was born in Şarkışla district of Sivas province in 1976. After completing his primary and secondary education in Develi district, he graduated from Sakarya University Local Administrations Department in 1999. He graduated from Eskişehir University Public Administration Department in 2002.Mr.Sahin, who started his civil service in Konya province Beyşehir district, has been working as the Real Estate and Expropriation Manager since 2015. He is married with two children.
