Ahmet YALÇIN was born in Kayseri in 1967. He completed his K-12 Education in Kayseri.

He is a graduate of Anadolu University Faculty of Economics.

He started to work in the Directorate of Religious Affairs in 1986. He transferred to Melikgazi Municipality in 1995. He worked as the Cleaning Affairs Manager between 1997 and 1999, as the Personnel Manager between 1999-2001, as the Revenue Manager between 2001-2012 and as the Accounting Affairs Manager between 2012-2014. He undertook works to increase revenue of Municipalty Income and carried out tax screening studies in this context.

He provided guidance for income module and other administrative modules in

BELBIS developed by the Association of Municipalities of Turkey (Municipal Automation). During 2014-2019, when he worked as the Deputy Mayor of Talas Municipality, he started to use BELBIS software in Talas Municipality and made a significant contribution to software development.

In 2019, he was transferred to Melikgazi Municipality as Deputy Mayor, and he still carries out this duty.

Ahmet Yalçın is married and has three children.

 

He was born in Kayseri in 1972. He completed his undergraduate education in the Department of Electronic and Computer Education (in Eng.) in the Faculty of Technical Education of Marmara University and he obtained master's and doctoral degree in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Erciyes University Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences.Between 1994 and 2014, he worked as a teacher, a vice principal and as a principal at different educational institutions. In 2014, he was elected as the “Teacher of the Year” in Kayseri and took part in the delegation accepted by the Minister of National Education, the Prime Minister, the Speaker of the Turkish Grand National Assembly and the President in Ankara. Between 2014 and 2019, he served as head of Systems Management Department and Head of Education Information Systems Department in the General Directorate of Innovation and Educational Technologies of the Ministry of Education.He carried out studies in educational technologies and vocational education in almost every country in Europe, America and Far Eastern countries. Dr. Yakup Yüksel  has articles in numerous national and international scientific journals. After  the Election on March 31, 2019, he took office as Vice President of Melikgazi Municipality  and is still holding this position. Mr. Yuksel  is married and has 2 children, has an advanced level of English.

He was born in Kayseri in 1982. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Kayseri. He graduated from Konya Selçuk University, Department of Surveying Engineering in 2005. After working in the private sector for 1 year, he was employed as a Survey Engineer in Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality, Department of Zoning and Urbanization. During his tenure, he took part in large-scale map applications and projects such as Erciyes Tourism Center, Abdullah Gül University, Kadir Has Stadium, Forum Kayseri Shopping Center and Article 18 applications in front of the Free Zone.

He undertook the coordination task in many projects such as the supply and establishment of joint GPS base stations and the Address-Based Population Registration System. After his 1-year military service as a second lieutenant, he took part in the establishment of the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Branch Directorate in 2009. During this period, he served as the General Secretary of the Metropolitan Municipalities GIS Platform. The establishment of Address Information System, Cemetery Information System, AYKOME Information System, UKOME Information System, Social Services Information System, Legal Information System and many other geographical and urban information systems, which are the first for Kayseri, within the metropolitan municipality and in coordination with other stakeholder public institutions and organizations. carried out infrastructure work to ensure data sharing. After serving as CBS Branch Manager for 5 years, he was appointed as Head of Information Technology Department in 2015. During this process, he carried out EBYS and other management information systems, as well as other digital transformation processes of the Metropolitan Municipality such as e-signature and mobile signature. Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality coordinated the KVKK processes. By conducting workshops and common sense meetings in Kayseri in the field of smart urbanism, he made an effort to ensure that IT companies, Technoparks, universities, district municipalities and relevant public institutions in Kayseri work in coordination. He took part in Tübitak and Union of Municipalities of Türkiye projects.

After the 2024 local elections, he was appointed as the Deputy Mayor of Melikgazi Municipality. He speaks English. Emre Yaylagül, who is currently continuing his master"s degree at Erciyes University, Department of Surveying Engineering, is married and has two children.

He was born in Germany in 1974. He completed his primary education in Yahya Gazi Primary School in Yahyalı District and his secondary and high school education in Kayseri Nuh Mehmet Küçükçalık Anatolian High School. He graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Architecture, Department of Architecture. He completed his graduate education in Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Architecture, Building Construction Management Department on "Public Procurement Law No. 4734". He worked in Kayseri Directorate of Construction Surveying and Monuments. He worked as Melikgazi Municipality Science Affairs Director, Urban Transformation Director and Local Planning Director. KÖMÜRCÜ  is still serving as the Vice President.He is married and has three children.
