Mr.Uğur BENLİ was born in Kayseri in 1987.Completing his primary and secondary education in Kayseri, he won the Izmir Institute of Technology-City and Regional Planning department in 2005.After his graduation in 2010, he took part in Izmir Gaziemir Square Urban Design Project.He started working as an Urban Planner in Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Department of Zoning and Urban Planning and after completing his third year in this unit in 2011, he worked as Urban Design Manager in Kayseri Talas Municipality in May-2014
After the 2019 local elections, he was appointed to Melikgazi Municipality Planning and Project Directorate and he still continues this duty.
In his academic studies; He has the “Chamber of City Planners Ahmet Piriştina Best Graduation Project Award” with Bozcaada Conservation Plan Study, Arredemento Architecture Magazine June 2009 publication with Expo 2015 project and İzmir Institute of Technology Honor and High Honor awards.
