Melikgazi Municipality organized a joint venture construction tender for one block consisting of 36 apartments and 3 shops located in Yıldırım Beyazıt Neighborhood. Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu, who emphasizes the importance of urban transformation projects on every occasion, announced that the efforts would continue without slowing down.

Making statements regarding the tender held on Wednesday, May 15th, Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu said, 'We are continuing urban transformation efforts in our region at full speed, never forgetting the risk of earthquakes. In addition to this, improving our citizens' living spaces to the best of our ability and making them comfortable is one of our most important duties.' We are swiftly continuing our efforts to construct comfortable, high-standard buildings in place of structures that have reached the end of their lifespan. Alongside the ongoing projects in Battalgazi, Kazım Karabekir, Anbar, and Çorakçılar neighborhoods, we are also implementing urban transformation projects in Yıldırım Beyazıt Neighbourhood. As part of the urban transformation efforts in Yıldırım Beyazıt, we have organized a tender for one block consisting of 36 apartments and 3 shops in the 2nd Phase.
