Melikgazi Municipality, which provides valuable services for the education of children and offers all kinds of support for the development of their artistic skills, is launching a special 'Children's Choir' program for kids aged 9 to 13.

Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu stated that they aim to increase cultural activities in the district through projects focused on the artistic development of children. He said, "As Melikgazi Municipality, we provide all kinds of services to our valuable children, whom we entrust with our future, starting with education and training. We aim to help children express their feelings through art, develop their imagination, and uncover their hidden talents. In this context, we are adding the Children's Choir to the many activities we have already implemented. Our goal with this program is to show children the importance of art, while also boosting their self-confidence and enhancing their social skills.

We invite all children aged 9 to 13 who are interested in music, love singing, and wish to develop their musical abilities and sense of rhythm to join our choir. The Children's Choir sessions will be held in the Municipality's Theatre Hall on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Parents who wish to see their children in our choir can submit their applications on the municipality’s website, www.melikgazi.bel.tr, by August 12th," he said.
