Melikgazi Municipality, which has initiated community-wide cleaning campaigns in every neighborhood for a cleaner and more pristine environment, carried out a general environmental cleaning operation in Yıldırım Beyazıt Neighborhood this week with the entire team.

Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu, stating that they will continue the cleaning efforts regularly and intensify their efforts to ensure that every neighborhood is clean in the spring, said, 'In designated neighborhoods, a significant number of municipal personnel clean the streets every week through community-wide cleaning. Our teams use excavators, trucks, large and small sweepers, container washing vehicles, garbage trucks, and spraying vehicles to carry out neighborhood cleaning.' With our community-wide cleaning efforts, we are thoroughly cleaning the neighborhoods, aiming to provide citizens with hygienic living spaces. As part of the designated program, we clean and disinfect garbage containers, weeds along roads and sidewalks, vacant lots, streets, and alleys. In this way, we provide better services in all our neighborhoods. Addressing the crowd, he acknowledged the thorough cleanup effort by a full team in Yıldırım Beyazıt Neighborhood, resulting in its pristine condition. He announced that neighborhood cleaning with the entire staff will persist weekly in different neighborhoods. He extended his gratitude to all colleagues for their diligent work.
