Melikgazi Municipality will hold an open tender auction at Melikgazi Municipality Theatre Hall on Wednesday, July 17th at 15:00 for 27 apartments located in Kazım Karabekir, Anbar Neighbourhood and 2 business premises in Battalgazi Neighbourhood, owned by the municipality.

Mayor of Melikgazi Municipality, Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Palancıoğlu stated the following regarding the details of the auction.

As Melikgazi Municipality, we are proud to bring many projects to our esteemed fellow citizens. Within this scope, urban transformation stands out as one of the strongest and most successful projects implemented by Melikgazi Municipality. We are currently conducting urban transformation efforts in six different areas, and within this framework, we are offering and selling some of the apartments, we have produced to you, our valued citizens.

On Wednesday, July 17th, 2024, we will once again be presenting ourselves with an auction consisting of 27 apartments and 2 shops. If any of our brothers and sisters are interested in becoming homeowners, they should not miss out on this opportunity. We invite those who wish to own an apartment with a 0% interest, 36-month installment plan without any increases, with a 25% down payment, to participate in this auction. We have very beautiful apartments that can be easily and comfortably acquired from a financial perspective.
