Within the framework of the Strategic Plan studies, which constitute one of the fundamental elements of performance-based budgeting system, Melikgazi Municipality is conducting a survey to gather citizens' opinions and suggestions regarding the municipality.

Melikgazi Municipality continues its services and projects in Kayseri, which is growing steadily with its developing industry, excellent infrastructure, modern bazaars, roads, parks, and squares. Accordingly, preparations are underway for the preparation and preliminary work of the 5-year Strategic Plan covering the period of 2025-2029. Within the scope of the studies, options are provided for citizens to evaluate the services of the units, while the notions of unity and solidarity, participatory governance, and an innovative perspective are taken into account in the Strategic Plan.
