MELİKGAZİ MUNICIPALITY HELD A CONSTRUCTION TENDER IN KAZIM KARABEKİR ON A FLOOR-BASED CONTRACT BASIS
Melikgazi Municipality organized a tender for the urban transformation project in Kazım Karabekir Neighbourhood, which includes 5 blocks with 253 apartments and 22 shops, 2 blocks with 56 apartments and 7 shops, and 1 block with 32 apartments and 5 shops.The tender held on Wednesday, September 18, took place in the Council Chamber of Melikgazi Municipality.
Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu made a statement regarding the floor-based tender, where two tenders were completed and one was left for negotiation, saying, and “We are continuing our urban transformation projects in six areas of Melikgazi without losing momentum.
We are working to ensure that our citizens have comfortable apartments that will make them smile and provide safe living conditions in their new homes. Transformation is essential for development. As Melikgazi Municipality, we are committed to investing in our district and striving to improve it in every area.We have conducted an important tender as part of our second phase of urban transformation projects in Kazım Karabekir Neighborhood. We completed the tenders for the urban transformation involving 5 blocks with 253 apartments and 22 shops, and 2 blocks with 56 apartments and 7 shops. However, we left the tender for 1 block consisting of 32 apartments and 5 shops open for negotiation."I wish the best and success for Melikgazi and our citizens. I congratulate the firms that won the tender. May God grant us the ability to complete this project without any accidents or troubles," he said.
