In the first 7 months of 2024, a total of 75,000 citizens submitted their requests and suggestions to the Melikgazi Municipality. The municipality has provided solutions to 96% of these requests.

"Our citizens can easily communicate with our municipality through our WhatsApp reporting line, where they can immediately send their suggestions and requests to us. Our team works with great dedication to provide faster and easier communication and solutions 24/7. In the first 7 months of 2024, a total of 75,000 citizens reached out to us with their requests. Through the WhatsApp reporting line, 53,000 interactions were conducted, and 96% of the requests were resolved satisfactorily. As Melikgazi Municipality, being accessible, solution-oriented, and addressing our citizens' requests in a way that ensures their satisfaction is very important to us. If citizens send us visual, text, and video files via WhatsApp without coming to our office, our communication centre responds immediately and forwards their requests to the relevant departments. Our relevant departments address citizens' requests with prompt and quality work.
