The Mayor of Melikgazi is Dr. Mustafa Palancioglu met with the staff working as a wedding in Melikgazi Municipality.

            Reminding that they had 4058 weddings in 2021 as Melikgazi Municipality, Dr. Palancioglu said, "As Melikgazi Municipality, we perform many services as well as weddings. Therefore, we are an opportunity for our young people to get married and build a happy home. In this context, we held a meeting with our friends and managers of the marriage officer in the marriage unit. I thank them for the fact that they are getting married late in the hustle and bustle, especially in the summer, regardless of working hours. In 2021, we celebrated 4058 weddings as Melikgazi Municipality. Almost every one of our friends has close to a thousand weddings. June, July, August, September are the most important months of our wedding especially.  Therefore, we are currently the most wedding-making municipality in Kayseri. Among the most intensive, we provide is at the wedding. Another difference is that we also celebrate weddings, especially on religious holidays and other official holidays. We think that the number of these 4058 will increase even more in 2022. I wish success in their work to our officers who have taken on a valuable task during the most exciting days when our couples are starting a new life.
