Hizmet-İş Union Kayseri Branch President Serhat Çelik and his representatives visiting to the Mayor of Melikgazi Dr. Mustafa Palancioglu and they thanked for the 19th term collective bargaining agreement. 

          During the visit, the day of the municipal security personnel and all security personnel was also celebrated due to the Day and Week of Private Security Officers.

          Wishing our collective bargaining agreement to be beneficial, President Dr. Mustafa Palancioğlu said, “Hizmet-İş Union Kayseri Branch President Serhat Çelik and his representatives came to visit us. Hopefully, with the end of the pandemic, we will return to our normal business life.While I would like to take this opportunity to thank the healthcare workers, I would like to thank my own team for their devoted work during the pandemic period. By working harder during the pandemic period, we built parks, roads, pavements and planted trees. We did our services faster. We used the lockdown as an opportunity. We are working with all union leaders to protect the rights of our workers. We have worked to protect the rights of our employees. We value our staff. We bought about 65 vehicles today. We have ensured that the tools used by the personnel while serving are state-of-the-art. May Allah always keep our unity and solidarity." said.

        Serhat Çelik, Kayseri Branch President of the Hizmet-İş Union thanked President Palancıoğlu and said, “We signed the 19th term collective bargaining agreement between the Hizmet-İş Union and our Melikgazi Municipality last month. We could not hold the signing ceremony due to the pandemic. In this context, we wanted to visit our president with our representatives and convey our thanks. The contract of our permanent workers was understood as 3 years. During the collective bargaining agreement, our President and his team provided all the necessary support. Our friends working in the field, who do not spare their efforts, do their best to make Melikgazi a bright district day and night. We would like to thank our president, the architect of peace in our melikgazi district." he said.
