3- Bidders must submit an offer letter in accordance with the Specifications to Participate in the Tender;
A- Having a legal residence,

Work experience documents;

H-The bidder has realized at least 80% of the estimated price within the last 15 (fifteen) years in the country or abroad, in the public or private sector, or Work experience certificate for a single contract, showing the relevant experience in the work subject to the tender or similar works, at least 80% of which is considered flawless by the administration that it supervises or manages, and which is not less than 20% of the estimated price of the work.

I- State Tender Law No. 2886 for class III B building construction works in the last fifteen years, valid as of the tender date, not less than 20% of the estimated price or the original of the Work Experience Certificate obtained within the scope of the Public Procurement Law No. 4734 must be submitted to the Administration and a copy must be submitted.

I- Engineering or architecture departments that are considered equivalent to similar work; Civil Engineering is Architecture.

The experience gained by engineers and architects with their graduation certificates is that the engineers or architects have owned at least 51% of the shares for at least five years, or both partners are engineers and have 50% of the shares. It can also be used by legal entities in which it has a 50% partnership.

K- If the document submitted by the legal entity to show work experience belongs to the partner who owns more than half of the shares of the legal entity, the chamber of commerce and industry/chamber of commerce A document issued by the trade registry offices or a certified public accountant or independent accountant after the first announcement date, showing that this condition has been maintained uninterruptedly for the last one year since the date of issuance.

L- Subcontractors may be employed for the work subject to tender with the approval of the administration. However, the entire work cannot be outsourced to subcontractors.

M- Technical personnel commitment letter requested by the Administration will be given.

The Contractor is obliged to keep the technical personnel whose numbers and titles are specified below at the workplace according to the work schedule, starting from the date when the Contractor is notified that the technical personnel notified to the Administration have been approved.

If the Contractor does not keep the technical personnel whose numbers and professional titles are specified above at work according to the work schedule;

penalty applies.
