    Muhammed Zeki SOYAK
    Mr.Muhammed Zeki SOYAK was born in Kayseri in 1983.He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Kayseri. He graduated from Middle East Technical University, Department of City and Regional Planning in 2005. He started to work in Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality in 2006. He worked as the Directorate of Transportation Planning and Rail Systems, Ukome and Traffic-Signaling Branch Directorates between the years of 2006 and 2008. He worked as the Project and Planning Branch Manager at the Department of Survey and Project between the years of 2008 and 2014. He moved to Malatya Metropolitan Municipality in 2014 and served as Head of Information Technologies Department between the years of 2014 and 2016 and Head of Transportation Department between the years of June 2016 and 2019. By year of September 2019, he started to work in Melikgazi Municipality.He is married and has two children.
