Oğuzhan HERDEM
Mr.Oğuzhan HERDEM was born in Kayseri in 1986. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Kayseri. He started his undergraduate education in 2005 and graduated from Middle East Technical University, Department of Political Science and Public Administration in 2010. He continued his post graduate education and graduated from the Middle East Technical University Business Administration Post Graduate Program (MBA) in 2019.
After graduating from the undergraduate program, from the beginning of 2012 to 2013, he worked as an Assistant Specialist in the Kocaeli Tax Department of the Revenue Administration for 1 year, and then he succeeded in the institutional examination and started to work as a Treasury Controller at the Ministry of Treasury and Finance.
He worked as Treasury Controller for more than 7 years, from the beginning of 2013 to March 2020, and was financed by the European Union, the World Bank, the Japanese Agency for International Development (JICA), the German Development Bank (KfW), the Islamic Development Bank (IDB). and the other provided by international organizations and the independent audit activities projects carried out in many areas, which was conducted in the municipalities in the Turkey, in other companies before the public institutions and organizations, as required by the Treasury shareholding has served as auditor of the audits.
By year of March 2020, he was appointed as Melikgazi Municipality Legal Affairs Manager and is still in this position.
