Melikgazi Municipality is organizing a tender for the Altınoluk Neighbourhood Bahçelievler Residential Project, which will be the first of its kind for Melikgazi and set an example for Kayseri with its significant architectural features.

The project, which will commence construction through four separate tenders, will hold a tender for 28 units of housing on Wednesday, March 6, at 14:00, and another tender for 32 units of housing at 14:30. On Wednesday, March 13, tenders for 32 units of housing will take place at 13:30, followed by tenders for 28 detached houses at 14:00.

Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu expressed their joy in realizing the first horizontal architectural project in Melikgazi, stating, "Alongside our urban planning and development efforts, we continue to build the new Melikgazi. In this context, we are generating projects and services in many areas, ranging from urban renewal to the establishment of new social living spaces. A significant initiative has begun regarding urban transformation in Melikgazi.

We are not only opening new roads but also constructing healthier and higher-quality buildings. We are modernizing every corner of Melikgazi, constructing strong and resilient structures to build the future of our city. Because of urban transformation efforts, we will continue to provide Melikgazi with living spaces that feature adequate social amenities, solved infrastructure issues, and modern residential and commercial areas.

We are proud to announce that one of the most significant architectural projects for Melikgazi, set to be a model for Kayseri, is our Bahçelievler Residential Project in Altınoluk Neighbourhood. We have reached the final stages of preparation for this project, and now we are ready to proceed with the tender. This project, situated in Altınoluk Neighbourhood, will feature a school, park, and various social amenities, making it an easily accessible and beautiful area. Additionally, there will be a social facility within the project. Our Bahçelievler houses will be equipped with solar panels on the roofs to generate their own energy. Once the tender is completed, we will immediately commence construction work. We welcome all contractor companies to participate in our tender.
