Mayor of Melikgazi Municipality Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu, announced that they will hold a tender for housing and shops through floor sharing in Anbar Neighbourhood on Wednesday, February 28th.

Mayor Palancıoğlu reminded that on Wednesday, February 28th, tenders will be held at 13:30 for 54 apartments and 6 shops, and at 14:00 for another tender for 37 apartments and 3 shops. He stated, 'Urban transformation projects are ongoing in Battalgazi, Kazım Karabekir, Anbar, Yıldırım Beyazıt, and most recently, Çorakçılar Neighbourhood.' As Melikgazi Municipality, we are conducting a large-scale urban transformation project in Anbar Neighbourhood. We are generating projects and services in many areas, from urban transformation to the creation of new social living spaces.

A significant initiative has begun in Melikgazi regarding urban transformation. We are managing the urban transformation process with an in situ transformation model. Urban transformation is one of our most important efforts for our district to become even more beautiful and modern.
