Melikgazi Municipality will organize a tender for the construction of individual houses in Altınoluk Neighbourhood through revenue-sharing.
Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu, who has started work to promptly implement new term projects, stated that they would organize a tender for Melikgazi's first horizontal project.
The tender for 28 individual houses of the project will be held on Wednesday, June 26th, at 14:00, for 32 individual houses it will be held on Wednesday, June 26th, at 14:30, for another 32 houses it will be held on Wednesday, July 3rd, at 14:00, and for 28 houses it will be held on Wednesday, July 3rd, at 14:30.
Setting an example with projects that will be exemplary for Türkiye, Mayor Palancıoğlu stated that they would begin work on implementing Melikgazi's first horizontal architectural project after the tenders. He continued by saying:

The realization of these projects, serving our citizens, and meeting their needs for years to come are important to us. We aim not only to give our district a new appearance but also to construct horizontal architectural projects that go beyond this, providing liveable, safe, earthquake-resistant, and comfortable housing. One of our most exciting projects, our horizontal architectural project, is going to tender in Altınoluk Neighbourhood. We will spread horizontal architecture to different areas of Melikgazi, taking necessary precautions against earthquakes. Our individual houses will have solar energy panels and rainwater collection systems installed. Earthquakes are a reality in our country. As Melikgazi Municipality, we are organizing tenders to start the work of our innovative project for the safety, peace, and comfort of our citizens. In this context, we will conduct four separate tenders. We will hold two tenders on Wednesday, June 26th, and the other two tenders on Wednesday, July 3rd.
