Mayor of Melikgazi, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu, inspected the sample apartment and recent works in the 1st Phase project completed in Yıldırım Beyazıt Neighbourhood urban transformation area.

Mayor Palancıoğlu, stating that citizens will now have the opportunity to lead a more qualified life in modern, safe, comfortable, and earthquake-resistant residences, said, 'We are in our blocks that we laid the foundation for last year in Yıldırım Beyaz Neighbourhood, and they are in the final stages of completion in less than a year. We inspected the sample apartment. Here, our three companies, Kar Yapı, Bilgin İnşaat, and Karademir, rapidly completed the blocks. Now we will begin landscaping. I also extend my gratitude to these three companies. They have truly built very reputable and beautiful apartments. The residences we will provide to our citizens will be a source of pride for us. When our citizens see these apartments, they will understand the service we have provided as the Melikgazi Municipality. In the coming days, we will organize a promotional program for our urban transformation apartments here.

The second phase of this project will be located right next to it. Particularly, the positioning of these blocks on the main road connecting Dr. Sami İpek Boulevard and Sivas Avenue to Hulusi Akar Boulevard is highly advantageous in terms of transportation. You can easily reach the university, Talas, and shopping centres. We have also opened the newly completed kindergarten and primary school, and education has begun.

Therefore, the environment is becoming more beautiful. I thank all my contractor friends for their wonderful work. We will continue urban transformation by conducting two different tenders within the month of March. May Allah grant us to complete them without any accidents.
