Continuing urban transformation efforts in many neighbourhoods of the district, Melikgazi Municipality will organize a bid for construction by revenue sharing for the construction of 1 block consisting of 40 apartments and 2 shops in Yıldırım Beyazıt Neighbourhood. Speaking about the urban transformation works and the details of the tender, Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu stated, 'With our ongoing urban transformation efforts, we are ensuring that our citizens lead a higher quality of life. We are transforming structures that pose risks, are no longer habitable, and tarnish the appearance of the district into sturdy, high-quality, modern, and comfortable buildings. We are creating a brand new district image with urban transformation in our neighborhoods of Kazım Karabekir, Anbar, Battalgazi, Yıldırım Beyazıt, and formerly known as Çorakçılar, now called Aydınlıkevler. By considering all details to ensure our fellow citizens lead a better life in every aspect, we are implementing our projects. The importance of urban transformation once again came to light following the earthquake disaster. It is essential for the new structures to be human-centered. We are exerting our utmost efforts for the satisfaction and future of our citizens. One of our projects that we attach great importance to is the Yıldırım Beyazıt 2nd Phase Urban Transformation.
