Melikgazi Municipality will hold a tender on Wednesday, March 20th for 2 blocks containing 32 apartments and 3 shops, as well as 36 apartments and 3 shops in Yıldırım Beyazıt neighbourhood on a floor space basis.

Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu, stating that they are constructing new, comfortable, healthy, and safe living spaces as part of urban renewal efforts, said, A major initiative has begun in Melikgazi regarding urban renewal. Urban renewal works are ongoing in Battalgazi, Kazım Karabekir, Anbar, Yıldırım Beyazıt, and most recently in Çorakçılar neighbourhoods. We are producing projects and services in many areas, from urban renewal to the establishment of new social living spaces. We are managing the urban renewal process with an in situ transformation model. One of our most important efforts in urban renewal, for further beautification of our district, is taking place in Yıldırım Beyazıt neighbourhood. Within the framework of ongoing urban renewal projects aimed at demolishing dilapidated shanties and derelict buildings and constructing more modern and livable residences, our efforts are continuing. The urban renewal project for Yıldırım Beyazıt 1st Phase has been completed or nearing completion. Our agreements for the 2nd Phase of Yıldırım Beyazıt have also been finalized. We will organize a tender on a floor space basis for this area. Two of our tenders will be held at the Melikgazi Municipality Committee Hall on Wednesday, March 20th, at 13:30 and 14:00. After the tender, we will also complete the construction of these blocks in a short time. We welcome all contractor companies who wish to participate in our tender.
