General Goal

increasing the digital services of municipalities in order to contribute to their fight against climate change oath developing training modules to ensure the active use of these services by the society, especially the elderly .

target groups

- Municipality Employees (15 Turkey, 15 Lithuania)

-Adults over the age of 60 living in both cities

6 Months - (7 days Lithuania, 7 days Turkey Program)

Background and idea

The project set out with the purpose of teaching digital municipality services more actively to adults, especially people over the age of 60. Increasing online municipality services will means people will not drive fossil fuel cars. Of this way, the release of exhaust gas will be prevented. By achieving the targets, municipalities will make significant contributions to the fight against climate change .

Activities

LITHUANIA AND Türkiye WORKSHOPS

the personnel of both municipalities who will contribute to increasing digital services (R&D Directorate , Information Technology Directorate , etc. ) will carry out the following activities through mutual visits .

wp one : Current Situation Analysis Activity

wp 2 : Determination of Digital municipality Models

wp 3 : determining Models for transferring Digital Works to the society

wp 4 : Online or Face-to-Face in Teaching Citizens Using Digital Municipal Services

Determination of Training Methods and Content

wp 5 : combination Results oath Creating common Models

Wp 6: Opinion on the changes in municipality affairs oath procedures with EU Membership

           exchanging .

expected results

·         Municipalities will be ensured to play an active role in the fight against climate change .

·         Digital municipality transition models will be produced for two municipalities in Turkey and Lithuania .

·         with the common model, a digital municipality model free of cultural values will be created .

·         A training model will be created for adults to use digital services .

·         adults will benefits more from digital municipality services .

·         By increasing the use of digital municipality services , the number of people coming to municipalities will be reduced , and thus the use of fossil fuel vehicles will also decrease _

·         with the project , carbon emissions released into nature will be reduced .
